How to share templates with teams in the mobile App?

You can share templates in the BoldSign mobile app with your team so they can reuse them to create documents. Sharing templates helps maintain consistency, reduces repeated setup, and saves time for teams that frequently send similar documents.

This feature is available on both iOS and Android devices.

Steps to share a template in the mobile app

Follow these steps to share a template with your team:

• Open the BoldSign mobile app on your device.
• Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

• Select My Templates.

• Locate the template you want to share and tap the context menu (⋮) for more options.

• Tap Share.

• Choose the team you want to share the template with.

Select the appropriate access level

In the Share dialog:

• Tap the access level dropdown and choose one of the following:

  Use – Team members can use the template to send documents but cannot edit it.
  Edit – Team members can use and edit the template.

• Tap Share Template to confirm.

The template will then appear in the Shared Templates section for the selected team members, who can access it based on the permission you assigned.

To remove template access

If you want to stop sharing a template:

• Tap the Delete icon next to the team’s name in the Share dialog.
