How to upload images and export them in the BoldSign document scanner app?

The BoldSign document scanner app allows you to create documents by uploading images from your device or scanning them using your camera. After uploading, you can review, reorder, enhance, and export images in formats such as PDF, ZIP, or individual image files.

Upload images from your device

1. Open the BoldSign document scanner app.

2. From the Home page, tap the Add image button.

3. Select Upload images to choose files from your device.

4. Pick one or more images from your gallery.
5. To create a multi-page document, select multiple images.

Preview and manage images

• After uploading, the app opens the Preview screen, where all images appear in a grid layout.

• From this screen, you can:

  • Reorder pages.
  • Add more images to the document.
  • Tap any image to view it in full screen.

Export images or documents

To export your images:

1. Use the action buttons at the bottom of the screen.

2. Select one of the following export options:

   • PDF: Export all pages as a single PDF file.
   • ZIP: Export all pages as individual images in a ZIP file.
   • Images: Export each page as a separate image file.

Image format settings

• You can choose PNG or JPG as the export image format in the app settings.
• Default format: JPG

Export a single image

1. Tap an image in the grid to open full-screen view.
2. In full‑screen mode, you can:
   • Zoom in for details.
   • Swipe between pages.
   • Download, share, or print the image.

Single-image export supports the same formats (PDF, ZIP and Images).

Export multiple documents

1. On the Home page, go to All Documents.

2. Enable selection mode by:

   • Long-pressing a document, or
   • Tapping the Selection mode button

3. Select the documents you want to export.

4. Use the action buttons at the bottom to export them.
