What actions can be performed on documents and templates in the BoldSign browser extension?

The BoldSign browser extension allows users to efficiently manage documents throughout the signing process.

Documents

In the Documents section, you can perform the following actions:

• Sign pending documents by clicking Sign now, which redirects you to the signing page.

• Send reminders to recipients for documents awaiting their signature using the Send reminder option.

• Add tags to organize and categorize documents.
• On the required document, click the three-dot menu, select Add tags, enter the tags, and click Add.

• Download completed documents for offline access or sharing.

• Use the Search bar to quickly find documents by Document ID, signer or sender name/email, document title, or tags.

Templates

In the Templates section, you can:

• Click Use Template to create and send a document using an existing template. You will be redirected to a page where the selected template is applied.

• Click New Template to create a reusable template. This redirects you to the template creation page, here you can design and save templates.

• Use the Search bar to quickly find templates by Template ID or template title.
