How to filter documents in the BoldSign browser extension?

The BoldSign browser extension allows you to filter documents by status, making it easier to locate and manage documents during the signing process.

Filter documents by status

You can filter documents using the following categories:

• All Documents - Displays all available documents.
• Waiting for me - Documents that require your signature or review.
• Waiting for others - Documents awaiting action from recipients.
• Completed - Fully signed documents.
• Others - Documents with special statuses.

The Others category includes:

• Expired
• Revoked
• Needs Attention
• Declined
• Scheduled

Notification badge

The extension icon displays a badge count showing the number of documents under Waiting for Me. These are documents that require your signature or review.
