Ensure your CSV file is properly formatted before uploading to avoid errors.

Additional options in import dialog

When importing values into a dropdown that already contains options, you will see the following choices:

  • Add to existing values - Adds the imported options to the current set of options.

  • Replace existing values - Removes all current options and replaces them with the imported options.

Additional options

Duplicate values in the imported data are automatically ignored to ensure all dropdown options remain unique.

With the new import functionality, you can efficiently manage dropdown options in bulk using manual entry or CSV upload. This helps save time and improves accuracy when working with large datasets.
