How to modify the expiry date of a bulk link?

Published:
1 min read

An expiry date for a bulk link refers to the date on which the link will become inactive and will no longer allow signers to access and complete the document. When you create your bulk link, you can set an expiration date. This can be helpful if you only want the link to be available for a specific period. You can also modify the expiration date after the bulk link has been created.

Follow the steps below to modify the expiry date after creating the bulk link:

  • Go to Bulk Links and select My Bulk Links.
  • Click on any bulk link to which the expiry date should be changed.
  • Click the Edit option in the Expires column.
  • Select the number of days after the bulk link expires using the drop-down and click the Save button.
  • The expiry date and time will be displayed in the Expires column.
