How to accept SOC 2 TYPE II in BoldSign?

BoldSign provides access to its SOC 2 Type II report directly within the application. To download the report, an Account Administrator must review and accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) available through the Compliance section of the account settings.

Once the NDA is accepted, the latest SOC 2 Type II report becomes available for download.

Who can view the SOC 2 Type II report?

Access to the SOC 2 Type II report is available to eligible Account Administrators.

Eligible plans

• The SOC 2 Type II report is available to Account Administrators on all BoldSign plans.
• Account Administrators can review and accept the required Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) directly from the Compliance page within their BoldSign account. Once the NDA is accepted, the SOC 2 Type II report can be accessed and downloaded without requiring assistance from the support team.

How to view and download BoldSign’s SOC 2 Type II report?

Step 1: Open the Compliance page

• Sign in to your BoldSign account.
• Navigate to Settings.
• Click Compliance.
• Locate the SOC 2 Type II Compliance section.

Step 2: Review and Accept the NDA

• Click Accept NDA in the SOC 2 Type II Compliance section.
• Carefully review the NDA and associated terms and conditions.
• Select I Agree to accept the NDA and click on Accept Agreement.

Once the NDA is accepted, access to the SOC 2 Type II report will be enabled.

Step 3: Download the SOC 2 Type II Report

• Return to the SOC 2 Type II Compliance section and click View Details.
• In the report preview window, click Download report.
• The latest SOC 2 Type II report will be downloaded to your device.
