How to change my current plan?

You can change your subscription plan at any time after activation. You can either upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your needs, and the payment will be adjusted accordingly.

Upgrading your subscription

• Go to the Settings menu and click the Subscription option to open the Subscription page. You can see your current plan in the overview section.
• If you have the Growth plan and want to use some additional features, click the Change plan option and the subscription plans will be displayed.

• The Premium plan is the advanced plan in which all the features are included. Once you click the Upgrade Plan button for the desired plan, you will be taken to the Payment Details page.

• In the Payment Details page, enter the card details and add the address to which the invoice should be sent in the Billing Address section.
• In addition, you can increase the number of user licenses in the Additional Licenses field. The payment amount will be increased based on the number of user licenses added. Then, check the Total due amount and click the Buy now button.
• The payment will be deducted and the plan will be activated immediately.

Downgrading your subscription

• If you have the Business plan, you can downgrade to the Growth plan by clicking the Change plan option on the subscription page.

• Once you select the plan, the Downgrade Plan dialog box will appear. Click Confirm to downgrade the plan.

Switching between monthly and yearly subscriptions

• You can switch between Yearly and Monthly plans as per your requirement.
• If you have the Business monthly plan and want to switch to the _ yearly_ plan, select the Yearly option using the toggle button and click the Upgrade option in the plan.

• The payment details page will open. Check the details on that page and click the Buy now button.
• Then, the amount will be deducted and the plan will be changed immediately.

• If you want to switch from the yearly plan to the monthly plan, select the Monthly option using the toggle button and click the Downgrade option in the plan.

• Downgrade Plan dialog box will appear. Click Confirm to downgrade the plan.
• The yearly plan will be maintained until the next billing cycle, after which it will be downgraded to the monthly plan.
