How to cancel subscription for my account?

The account administrator can cancel the subscription plan. When you cancel your subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. If you decide to continue the subscription, you can reactivate it during this time period.

Cancel subscription

• Click on Subscription on the Settings menu to go to the Subscription page.
• On the Subscription page, click the Cancel Subscription option at the top-right corner of the page.

• A confirmation dialog box will appear. Select a reason for canceling your subscription, then click the Cancel Subscription button.

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle…

Resume subscription

• If you want to resume the subscription, click on the Resume subscription option.

• A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click the Resume Subscription button to continue with the subscription.
