How to change my email address?

A BoldSign account can be created by providing a valid email address. But after creating an account, there may be situations where you need to change your email address. BoldSign allows changing your email address. The following cases are considered while changing your email address.

  • If you are the sender of an in-progress document, the document will be revoked when the email address is changed.
  • You can still sign the document if you are one of the signers of an in-progress document, but you will be signing as a non-BoldSign account holder.
  • If you are the host of an in-progress document, all the pending documents should be completed before changing the email address.

Follow the steps below to change your email address:

  • Go to Settings and then select My Profile.
  • Click the Change option near the email address.

  • You will be taken to the verify email page. Also, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to the current email address.
  • Enter the verification code in the text box and click Verify.

  • Now, you will be taken to the Change Your Email Page.
  • Enter the new email address in the textbox and click Change Email.

  • Then, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your new email address.
  • Enter the verification code in the text box and click Verify.

  • You will be redirected to the My Profile page to check the updated email address.
