Accessing and viewing documents as a CC recipient

The CC recipients can access the signature request document sent by the sender to the signer via email. When a CC recipient is added to a document in BoldSign, they will receive an initial email notification indicating that they have been added as a CC recipient. Subsequently, they will receive notifications on every action done by the signer.
Although CC recipients can view and download the document, they do not have the ability to sign it. Additionally, the signature request document will also be listed on the CC recipient’s My Documents page, where they can access it at any time.
Follow the below steps to locate the document on the My Documents page:
- Click the
Documents
menu on the Dashboard page and select theMy Documents
option. - Here, you can find the list of documents displayed.
- Now, click the required document, and you will be directed to the overview page.
- On the overview page, you can view the complete document details of the recipient.
- You can also download the final copy of the signed document once the recipient completes the document signing process.
