How to disable the email verification for bulk link signers?

In BoldSign, you can disable the email verification for bulk link signers during the bulk link creation process. By disabling this feature, signers will not be required to enter a verification code to access the bulk link.

Create bulk links with disabled email verification

Follow the steps below to disable email verification for bulk link signers:

  • Click on Create New, go to Create New Bulk Link and you will be directed to the Prepare Bulk Link Document page.
  • Add Bulk Link Title, Welcome message, and Acknowledgement message in their respective fields.
  • Then, add file in the Add file(s) section.
  • On the Initiator Role section, click to disable the Email verification required option to disable verification for bulk link signers. By default, this option is enabled.

  • Add all the required fields and click Next to go to the configure fields page.
  • On the configure fields page, add the required form fields, and click the Create Bulk Link button.
  • You have now created a bulk link with email verification disabled.
  • Signers can now sign the document without being required to go through email verification.

While disabling email verification for bulk link signers can make the process easier, it is also important to note that anyone with access to this link can sign the document now. We advise that you fully comprehend the consequences of disabling email verification before proceeding. Our recommendation is to avoid turning off email verification wherever possible.
