How to enable print and sign for my recipients?

The “Print and Sign” option allows the signer to print the document, manually sign on it and upload the scanned copy. This option is particularly useful for legal or formal documents that require a physical signature, such as contracts or legal agreements. This option is typically used when a hard copy of the document with the original signature is required. In BoldSign, the print and sign option is available only to paid users.
Follow the below steps to enable the print and sign option:
- Click
Create New
and select theCreate New Document
option. - Scroll down to the
Document settings
section on the Prepare document page. - You can find the
Allow signers to print and sign
option. Enable that option using the toggle button and send the document to the signer.
- The signer can now print and sign the document.
