How can I set up multiple brands and use them?

BoldSign makes it easy to manage multiple brands under a single account. You can create different brands and use them when sending documents for signatures. This ensures that all your documents have the right branding for their specific purpose.
Create Brand
- Expand the
Settingsmenu and select theBrandingoption in the left navigation pane. - On the Manage Brands page, click the
Create New Brandbutton.
- This action will take you to the Create New Brand page. Here, enter the name of your brand into the Brand Name field.
- Then, upload your brand logo and select the brand colors. You’ll see a preview of your brand customization on the right side.
- Optionally, specify the “From” name that will appear in signature request emails, and then click the
Savebutton.
- Now, you have successfully created a new brand.
- Similarly, you can create multiple brands with distinct brand names and logos using the
Create New Brandoption
Use brand
- Click the
Create Newbutton and select theCreate New Documentoption. - Fill in all the required fields and scroll down to the
Document Settingssection. - Under the
Document Settingssection, you will find theSelect Brandoption. The default brand is preselected, and you can choose a brand of your choice from the dropdown list.
- Complete the document creation process and send the document for signature. Now, the signer email and signer pages will be customized with your selected branding
