How to change the default date format?

An account administrator can change the default date format on the Business profile page. This date format will be applied to the Date signed and Editable Date form fields. However, it can be changed while preparing the document if needed.

Follow the steps below to change the default date format:

  • Go to Settings and click Business Profile.
  • On the Business Profile page, scroll down to the Date Field Settings section under the Settings tab, and you will see the Date Format section.
  • Select the preferred date format from the list of options and click the Save changes button at the top-right corner of the page.

  • Now, when you use the Date signed or Editable Date field while preparing the document, the selected date format will be displayed.
  • You can change it in the Date format settings on the right side if needed.
