How to create a brand in BoldSign?

In BoldSign, you can create and customize your brand with your logos and colors and use it when sending signature requests. Including your brand makes it more professional and creates a strong brand impression on the recipients. You can create multiple brands, but only one brand can be selected when creating a document.
Follow the steps below to create a brand in BoldSign:
- Select
Brandingon the Settings menu and click theCreate New Brandbutton on the Manage Brands page.
- You will be directed to the Create New Brand page and add the brand name in the Brand Name field. You can set it as your default brand.
- In the General section, upload your brand logo and customize it with colors as desired. A preview of the brand customizations selected will be shown on the right side of the page.
To ensure your logo appears sharp and clear without any blurriness:
- The logo image should not include any extra spacing (padding) before, after, above, below, or around it.
- The recommended size for the brand logo is 450 x 80 pixels.
- You can optionally specify the From name that will be shown in signature request emails.
- Once done, switch to the Advanced section where you can find options to combine audit trail, change time zone, and more.
- Make necessary changes and click the
Savebutton, and your brand will be created successfully.
- You can now select your brand when sending out documents for signature.
