How to reactivate the cancelled subscription plan?

In BoldSign, when the payment for subscription renewal fails, the subscription plan is cancelled, and the account is scheduled for deletion after 180 days. During this period, the account administrator can reactivate the subscription plan.
Follow the steps below to reactivate the subscription plan:
- Go to the
Settings
menu and selectSubscription
. - On the subscription page, the current plan details will be shown in the Overview section.
- In the
Status
column, you will see theCancelled
status and aReactivate
option next to it. - To reactivate the subscription plan, click the
Reactivate
option.
- A dialog box will be displayed with the plan and price details. Check the details, and then click the
Re-activate now
button.
- Now, the subscription plan has been successfully reactivated.
- If you want to change the payment card details, click on the
Add/Manage cards
option in the Billing information section. - You will be taken to the Manage cards page, and you can update the card details.
