How to safeguard your BoldSign emails from being quarantined?

If the emails are being quarantined, please ask your recipient to follow the steps below to avoid this issue.

Please ask your recipient to add the following email addresses to the Safe Senders (also known as Trusted Senders) list in his or her email client.

These are the BoldSign system sending email addresses:

Steps to whitelist in Microsoft 365

To Allowlist a domain in Microsoft 365, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 Defender portal
  2. Click on Email & collaboration > Policies & rules in the menu.
  3. Choose Threat policies in the list

  1. Select Anti-spam inbound policy (Default)

  1. Scroll down and click on Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains

  1. There are two options to bypass SPAM filtering in Office 365:
  • Senders: Fill in the sender email address
  • Domains: Fill in the sender domain
    In our example, we will click on Allow domains.

  1. Click on Add domains.

  1. Fill in the domain email.boldsign.com and mail.boldsign.com
  2. Confirm the entered domain
  3. Click Add domains,

The domain is added to the Microsoft 365 Anti-spam inbound policy allowed domain list. From now on, all emails with that domain will bypass the spam filtering and not be marked as SPAM.

Now that you have configured Microsoft 365 Anti-spam inbound policy to bypass Microsoft 365 spam filtering.
