How to Import DocuSign Templates into BoldSign?

BoldSign now supports importing DocuSign templates, allowing our customers to easily migrate their existing templates to BoldSign. Most of the features from DocuSign templates are supported and will be imported as is, including roles, fields, and other settings. However, some features are only partially supported or not supported at all in BoldSign. The table below provides a detailed comparison of the supported, partially supported, and unsupported features.
Platform Restrictions
BoldSign platform-level restrictions also apply to imported DocuSign templates. For example:
- If a feature is not supported in BoldSign, it will not be available in the imported DocuSign template.
- The maximum number of files that can be uploaded in a document is 25.
- The maximum number of signers that can be added to a document is 50.
