Published:
2 mins read

BoldSign allows you to import your existing DocuSign templates directly into your account. This makes it easy to migrate and continue using your templates without rebuilding them from scratch.

When to use this feature

If you already have templates in DocuSign that you’d like to use in BoldSign, you can import them in just a few steps. This process will bring over:

  • The document files in the template
  • Predefined roles
  • Form fields
Steps to import

You can export your DocuSign templates in JSON format and upload them to your BoldSign account without needing to contact support.

Follow the below steps to import DocuSign templates into your boldsign account:

  • Choose the All Templates option from the Template menu.
