DocuSign Template Import Limitations
When you import DocuSign templates into BoldSign, most fields, roles, and settings are transferred successfully. However, because BoldSign and DocuSign have different features and limitations, some elements may be missing or work differently after import.
Platform-level restrictions
BoldSign platform-level restrictions also apply to imported DocuSign templates. For example:
- Features not available in BoldSign will not be present in the imported template.
- A maximum of 25 files can be added per document.
- A maximum of 50 signers can be added per document.
- The template file must be in JSON format and under 50 MB.
