What is the Monthly Reset Date for 25 Signature Requests in Essential Plan?
Once you activate the Essential Plan in BoldSign, you receive 25 signature requests per month. These requests automatically reset each month, ensuring continuous access to document signing. Your reset date aligns with your billing cycle and remains constant every month.
How to Check Your Monthly Reset Date:
You can determine your monthly reset date by checking your invoice details in the subscription section.
Steps to Find Your Reset Date:
- Expand the
Settings
menu and select theSubscription
option. - Locate the Invoices section on the subscription page.
- In the Invoice section, invoices are categorized by Invoice Number, Type, Invoice Date, Due Date, Amount Due, and Status.
- Find your most recent paid invoice and check the Invoice Date. Your next reset date for 25 signature requests will fall on the same day in the following month.
Example: If your most recent Invoice Date is January 14, 2025, your next monthly reset date will be February 14, 2025.
- If you are on a monthly plan, any unused eSignature requests do not roll over to the next month—they expire at the end of your billing cycle.
- If you are on an annual plan, unused requests will carry over to the next month.
