Can I delete a document in trash permanently?

In BoldSign, you can permanently delete documents from the trash folder before the 30-day retention period ends. However, an account administrator can configure custom permissions to restrict members from deleting documents. Once a document is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered, so ensure you no longer need it before proceeding with deletion.
Follow the steps below to delete a document in trash permanently:
- Click on the
Documents
menu and select theTrash
option. - A list of deleted documents will be displayed. Click the
Context menu
of the document you want to delete permanently and select theDelete forever
option.
- A confirmation message will pop up. Click on the
Yes, delete
button and the document will be deleted permanently.
