How to delete team member documents?

In BoldSign, if you have a team document that is no longer needed or was created incorrectly, you can delete it from your account. Account admins and team admins can delete team documents. However, an account admin can configure custom permissions to allow members to delete other team documents.
You can only delete a document if its status is Completed, Expired, Declined, or Revoked. If you want to delete an in-progress document, you must first revoke it before proceeding with deletion.
Follow the below steps to delete a team document:
- Go to the
Documents
menu and selectTeam Documents
. - Locate the document you want to delete and click on it to open the Document Overview page.
- Click the
More actions
dropdown button and selectDelete
from the menu.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click
Yes, delete
to confirm.
- If the document is in-progress but needs to be deleted, change its status to
Revoked
, then proceed with deletion.
- Once deleted, the document will be moved to the Trash folder, where it will remain for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
