Customize document expiry email contents
You can customize the Document Expiry email template for each recipient type and language. Customization options include modifying the subject line and body content of the email.

Select recipient type
In the Recipient type dropdown, select whom you are customizing the email for:- Signer
- Sender

Choose language
You can pick a Language for the email.
3. Placeholders
***How to add placeholders in the email template***
Use `/` or `@` to insert a placeholder in the **Email Subject** editing area and **Email Body Content** edit area.

Customize email subject
In the Email subject field, modify the email subject line using the available placeholders.Sample subject line:
Signature request for the document {documentTitle} has expired
Sample email body:
Using the editing tools, you can change the email body content’s font style, size, color, and alignment. You can also change the email body content sign link button text.Hello {recipientName}, The document {documentTitle} that was sent out for signature by {senderName} ({senderEmail}) on {documentCreatedDate} has expired on {documentExpiryDate} {View Link|{documentLink}} Thank you, {senderName}

Save changes
After editing, click the Save Changes button. You can also revert the email template to the original default version by clicking the Reset to Default button.
