How to manage your signing preferences?

In BoldSign, signing preferences allow you to control how personal details like your signature, initials, and job title are applied when signing documents. You can choose to automatically use the information saved in your profile or enter details manually each time, depending on the signer information provided by the document creator.
Follow the steps below to customize the signing preference:
- From the dashboard, expand the
Settings
menu and selectMy Profile
. - Go to the Settings tab and scroll to the Signature Settings section
- The currently supported signing preference options include
Use profile details
andDo not use profile details
.Use profile details
is set as the default option.

Use profile details |
When selected, the most recently saved details from your profile will be auto-filled during signing. |
Do not use profile details |
When selected, your details will not be auto-filled. You will be required to manually enter each profile detail during the signing process. |
- Select your preferred signing preference, then click
Save changes
to apply your settings.
