How to delete team documents as an account admin?

BoldSign allows Account Admins with the appropriate custom permissions to delete documents on behalf of team members. Only documents with a status of Completed, Declined, or Revoked can be deleted. In-progress documents must first be moved to a deletable status.

Deleting finalized team documents
Follow the steps below to delete team member documents as an account admin:
- Expand the
Documentsmenu in the side menu and selectTeam Documents.
- You will be taken to the Team Documents page, where documents from all teams are listed.
- To delete a specific document, it’s recommended to first identify the team and the team member whose document needs to be deleted.
- To delete documents from a specific team member in a specific team, click the
Team filterdropdown and select the desired team.
- Once the team is selected, all documents shared with or created by members of that team will be displayed.
- To narrow it down to a specific member, click the
Member filterdropdown and select the appropriate team member.
- All documents associated with the selected team member will now be listed.
- Locate the document you want to delete and click on it to open the Document Overview page.
- Click the
More actionsdropdown and selectDeletefrom the dropdown options.
- A confirmation popup will appear. In the confirmation popup, click
Yes, delete.
- The document will be permanently deleted from the team member’s account.
Deleting in-progress team documents
- On the Team Documents page, select the relevant team using the
Team filterdropdown. - Choose the appropriate member using the
Member filterand select theWaiting for otherscategory.
- Select the document you want to delete and go to its overview page.
- Click the
More actionsmenu and selectRevoketo change the document status.
- After revoking, proceed to delete the document by clicking
More actionsagain and selectingDelete.
