How to send a one-time signature request in HubSpot?

The BoldSign and HubSpot integration allows you to send one-time e-signature requests directly from HubSpot CRM. Unlike templates, one-time requests require manual entry of recipient details and document fields, offering flexibility for quick, on-demand signing needs.

Follow the steps below to send a one-time signature request in HubSpot:

  • Open the required record in HubSpot where the BoldSign integration is enabled.
  • From the right navigation bar, find BoldSign app card.
  • Click Send Document.

  • Upload the document needing signature in the Add File(s) section.

Upload file

  • In the Add Recipient section, specify the recipient details.
  • Optionally, you can add the CC recipients in the Add CC section.
  • Add the Document title, check the reminding section, and click Next to navigate to the configure field page.

Next button

  • Drag and drop the required form fields.
  • Click Send to send the document.

Send button

  • The document is sent successfully. Click Close to return to HubSpot.

Close button

One-time requests do not prefill data from HubSpot.
