How to view the status of the signature request in HubSpot?

The BoldSign and HubSpot integration allows you to track the status of signature requests directly within HubSpot CRM. From any contact, deal, or company record, you can view document progress, send reminders, revoke requests, or access completed documents—all without leaving your CRM dashboard.
Follow the steps below to view the status of requests in HubSpot
- Open the relevant
Contact,Deal, orCompany recordin HubSpot. - On the right sidebar, find the BoldSign app card.
- Expand the
Actionsmenu and selectView Documents.
- On the status page, documents are categorized by Title, Recipients, Sent on, Satus, and Action.
- For each in-progress document, you can perform actions such as viewing the document Overview, viewing the document, revoking, and sending reminders from the context menu.
Document statuses shown in HubSpot are specific to the selected record. If you are not the sender of a document, you will not be able to perform any actions on it. In this case, you can only view the document status within HubSpot.
- To view the document details, click
Overviewto be redirected to the BoldSign document overview page, where you can see the full details of the document and its status.
- To view a document, click
View Documentto be redirected to the BoldSign document viewer page, where you can see the full document and its signing status. - To send a reminder to the signer, click the
Send Reminderoption, specify the reminder message, and clickSend reminderto send it.
- To revoke a document, click the
Revokeoption, provide the reason for revocation, and clickYes, revoketo confirm.
- For completed documents, you can either view the Document Overview page or open the completed document from the context menu.
