In BoldSign, when the delivery option is set to WhatsApp and a document is completed, recipients receive a WhatsApp notification. The message is sent to the WhatsApp number specified by the sender during the signing request setup. This ensures recipients are informed once the signing process is complete and can access the finalized document.

- Recipient details: The name of the recipient receiving the notification.
- Document view link: A direct link to view and download the completed document.
Notification pricing
- Each WhatsApp completion notification in BoldSign incurs a charge of $0.10.
- These notifications are sent to recipients when they complete signing and when the entire document is fully signed.
- The sender is charged for these notifications, not the recipients. Notifications are charged individually per recipient.
