HubSpot User Guide: Connect BoldSign from the HubSpot App Card
HubSpot users can easily connect their BoldSign account directly from the BoldSign app card on any HubSpot record, such as Contact, Company, or Deal. This integration allows you to send documents for signature, create reusable templates, and track document statuses without leaving HubSpot.
Follow the steps below to connect BoldSign from HubSpot:
How to connect your BoldSign account

Open a HubSpot record and find the BoldSign app card.

Click
Connect BoldSign.
- A window will open asking you to sign in and connect your HubSpot and BoldSign accounts.
- Make sure the email address in HubSpot and BoldSign match. If the emails do not match, the connection will fail.
If you face connection issues

Check with your HubSpot Admin to ensure the integration is correctly installed and enabled.

If you still cannot connect, contact BoldSign Support for help.
After a successful connection
Once your accounts are connected, you can:

Send documents for signature from HubSpot records.

Create reusable templates using HubSpot CRM data.

View document statuses directly within each HubSpot record.
Disconnecting your account
- You can disconnect your BoldSign account at any time from the same BoldSign app card if needed.
