Salesforce Admin Guide: How to install and connect BoldSign for Salesforce?

You can install the BoldSign for Salesforce app from the Salesforce AppExchange:

• Install from Salesforce AppExchange

Installation steps

• Choose the Salesforce org where you want to install the app (Production or Sandbox).

• Click Confirm and Install.

• Select Install for Admins Only (recommended for setup & testing).
  

  

• Approve third-party access to allow secure communication between Salesforce and BoldSign via OAuth.
  

  

• You will receive an email notification once the installation is complete.
  

  

• Navigate to App Launcher → Search for BoldSign to access the app.
  

  

BoldSign for Salesforce is now installed.

Connect BoldSign and Salesforce from setup page

• Open the BoldSign app from the Salesforce App Launcher and navigate to the App Setup page.
  
  
• If you do not already have a BoldSign account, sign up at BoldSign.
• Click Connect BoldSign Account to start the authentication process.
• You will be redirected to the BoldSign login or consent page.
  
  
• The authentication process may take a few moments to complete.
• Do not close or refresh the browser window while the connection is in progress.
• The window will close automatically once the connection is successfully established.
  
  

After successful connection, you can:

• Create reusable templates for Salesforce objects.
• Configure and manage templates within Salesforce.
• Invite Salesforce users to BoldSign
