How to switch from Google sign‑in to email address and password?

Published:

BoldSign allows users who originally signed up using Google (Gmail) authentication to switch to signing in with an email address and password. This lets you access your BoldSign account without relying on Google sign‑in, while continuing to use the same account and data.

Before switching

  • Before switching from Google sign‑in to email address and password, you must create a support ticket to enable the password reset (Forgot Password) option for your account.
  • Once the support team enables this option, they will notify you through your ticket. After receiving the update, you can proceed with the steps below.
