What activities are tracked in the BoldSign activity log?

The Activity Log provides administrators with a centralized view of events within their BoldSign organization. It helps track account changes, user management events, document activity, and configuration updates for auditing and monitoring purposes.
Information available in the Activity Log
Each log entry includes the following details:
- User and Timestamp: The name and email address of the user who performed the action, along with the date and time the activity occurred.
- Event Category: The area of BoldSign where the activity took place, such as Documents, Templates, Users, Teams, Branding, Webhooks, or API Keys.
- Event Action: The specific action performed, such as Created, Modified, Deleted, Activated, or Deactivated.
- Target Resource: The document, template, user, team, brand, webhook, API key, or other resource affected by the action.
- Details: Additional event-specific information, such as the target ID, event category, action performed, timestamp, user details, IP address, and other relevant metadata associated with the activity.
