How to customize the default brand in BoldSign?
Every BoldSign account includes a Default Brand, which is used for signature requests and recipient communications. You can customize the default brand to match your organization’s identity by updating the brand name, logo, sender name, and brand colors.
You can also delete the default brand and create your own brand.
Changes to the default brand apply only to future signature requests and recipient communications.
Open the default brand
- Sign in to your BoldSign account.
- Go to
Settings. - Select
Branding. - Locate the Default Brand
- Click the More Options (three-dot) menu.
- Select
Edit Brand.
Change the brand name
- Open the General tab.
- Enter the Brand Name that you want recipients to see.
Upload a logo
- Click Upload Logo.
- Select your company logo.
The uploaded logo appears in recipient emails and signing pages associated with the brand.
Customize the email display name
The email display name determines the sender’s name shown in recipient emails.
- Enter the name that you want recipients to see in the Email Display Name field.
- Use the {SenderName} placeholder to include the sender’s actual name in the display name, if needed.
Example: HR Team - {SenderName}
Customize brand colors
You can customize the appearance of recipient emails and signing pages by updating your brand colors.
- Select an Email background color.
- Choose a Primary button color.
- Select a Primary button text color.
- To use a specific color, enter its color value in the corresponding field.
The selected colors are applied throughout recipient emails and the signing experience.
Save your changes
- Click
Save.
- If your subscription supports only one brand, you can customize or delete the existing Default Brand and create a new brand.
- Branding changes apply only to future signature requests and recipient communications.
- Previously sent or completed documents are not affected by branding updates.
