How to customize HubSpot property groups for BoldSign template mapping?

In HubSpot, You can customize which property groups from Contact, Company, and Deal objects are displayed in the Template Mapping page. Only properties belonging to the selected property groups will be available for mapping.

This helps you display only the required HubSpot properties for your portal and makes the template mapping experience cleaner and easier to manage.

Follow the steps below to manage hubspot property groups:

• Sign in to your HubSpot account.
• Open the required record where boldsign is enabled.
• From the right navigation bar, find the BoldSign app card.
• Click the Settings icon. You will be redirected to the BoldSign Connected App page.

Configure Property Groups:

• Go to the General Settings tab.
• Locate BoldSign – Enable Property Groups. This option allows you to customize which property groups properties will shown for template mapping.
• Click Enable Property Groups.
  This option allows you to choose which property groups from Contact, Company and Deal objects should be available in Template Mapping page.

Select Property Groups:

• The property groups page opens with Contact tab selected by default which lists all the available property groups with default enabled property groups.
• Enable a property group by turning on its corresponding toggle.

Switch between Objects:

• Select the Contact, Company, or Deal tab to view property groups for that object.
• Use the search box to quickly find a specific property group.

Save or Reset Configuration:

• After enabled required property groups from objects. You can click save to save your changes.
• Click clear to disable all selected property groups except default property groups.
