HubSpot Admin Guide: Uninstall BoldSign App in HubSpot CRM

You can uninstall BoldSign from your HubSpot account at any time. Once uninstalled, you will no longer be able to access BoldSign features within HubSpot CRM.

Actions You Can No Longer Perform After Uninstalling BoldSign

• Send documents for signature.
• Create or send documents using BoldSign templates.
• Monitor the status of sent documents.
• Update HubSpot record properties after document completion.
• Map BoldSign fields to HubSpot properties.
• Modify property groups used for template mapping.

Steps to Uninstall BoldSign from HubSpot:

• Login to your HubSpot CRM.
• Open HubSpot Settings page and navigate to Integrations > Connected Apps.

• You will navigate to connected apps list, BoldSign app will be available in My Apps list.

• Click Actions dropdown. At the bottom of dropdown list, you will see Uninstall option.

• Clicking Uninstall will show dialog box for uninstall confirmation from HubSpot by typing Uninstall as shown in input box.

• After successful uninstallation, BoldSign will be no longer accessible inside HubSpot CRM.
