What happens to my current subscription?

When you upgrade your plan, BoldSign automatically applies a prorated adjustment.

The unused portion of your current subscription is credited toward future billing charges.

Can I request a refund instead of prorated credit?

Yes. If you prefer a refund instead of receiving prorated credit, contact BoldSign support after completing the plan change.

What happens to my existing account settings?

Upgrading your subscription does not affect your existing account configuration.

The following items remain unchanged:

  • Existing brands and brand settings.
  • Default brand configuration.
  • Sandbox API keys.
  • Existing webhook configurations.
  • Documents and templates stored in the account.
  • Live API access is available with Enterprise API plans.
  • Existing account configurations remain intact during the upgrade.
  • Prorated credits are applied automatically when changing plans.
  • Refund requests can be submitted through BoldSign Support after upgrading.

After upgrading to an Enterprise API plan, live API access becomes available while your existing account settings, documents, brands, API keys, and webhooks remain unchanged.
