How to change the default brand?

In BoldSign, the account admin can create multiple brands and set any of them as the default. It is also possible to change the default brand at any time and only one brand can be set as the default.

Follow the steps below to change the default brand:

  • Click the Branding option under the Settings menu.
  • Select the brand that you want to set as default on the Manage Brands page.
  • Click the context menu at the right end of the brand and select the Set as Default option.
  • Now, the default brand will be changed successfully and the previous default brand will be automatically removed from the default status.

  • When a sender creates a document, the default branding will be automatically applied to the document. However, the sender can still choose to change the branding for a specific document if needed.

  • The selected brand will be reflected in the emails and signing pages.
