Can I share and use a template with the default sender email?

In BoldSign you cannot share a template with a default sender email. However, you can create and share templates with any team, automatically assigning the logged-in user’s email as the sender when they use the shared template. As an account admin, if you need to track the progress of sent documents, you can configure custom permissions to grant visibility into all documents being sent and signed.
Follow the steps below to use shared templates:
- Click the
Templates
menu and select theShared Templates
option to access the shared template page, which contains all of the shared templates. - Click on the context menu of the template you want to use and select the
Use Template
option.
- You will be directed to the
Prepared Document for signing
page. You can make changes to the template. if required, based on allowed permissions, before sending the document for signing.
- The signer will now receive the document for signing, with your email address displayed as the sender.
