How to activate a deactivated user?

If a user has been deactivated for any reason, you have the option to reactivate that user in the future if necessary. Deactivated user details will not be removed. An account admin has the authority to activate or deactivate any user within the organization, whereas a team admin can only activate or deactivate users within their team.

Follow the below steps to activate a deactivated user in BoldSign:

  • Navigate to the Users page under the Users & Teams menu, where you can view a list of users from various teams.
  • Click the Context menu at the end of the deactivated users.
  • Then, choose the Activate User option from the list of available options.

  • The user is now successfully reactivated.
